Hamilton and 4 Gonzo’s

Last night Josh Hamilton hit four home runs in one game. He went five for five and touched 18 bases. Incredible.

His interview after the game was gold. He mentioned he took batting practice indoors yesterday, so he couldn’t see where the ball ended in flight. Simply put, his only focus in practice was connecting the barrel of the bat to the ball.

We think the pros worship the home run. I think they find their romance in the batting cage.

Today, may we aim small and miss small.
